There are warnings against using wheat grass while pregnant as it is cultivated in a very moist soil. This increases the growth of mold and bacteria which may harm your unborn baby or cause Allergies. When the wheat grass is processed to powder some of those may end up in the powder. Probably most of them are killed during the process, but you never know. Other reports on the other hand, claim that it may strengthen the immune response in both mother and child and may improve digestion. I would avoid or limit the intake of wheat grass or the powder during pregnancy, just to be sure.
