Yes you can have Back pain. It is one of the early signs of pregnancy. Your body begins to through many changes shortly after conception. some things you will notice, others you won't. I been having low back pain for a week now and suspect that I might preg, but it is too early to tell now. Other symptoms I've had are cramping, sleepiness, constipation, spotting, lots of white mucus and low back pain. I have also been very moody. Its only been 8 days after conception.
