is the resting heart rate is fastest in adult life
Heart rate increases with age. Generally, if one keeps active and regularly exercises, it may prolong life.
For resting
High resting heart rates may be due to activity, fever, stress, an overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism), anemia, stimulants (caffeine, amphetamines, decongestants, asthma medications, diet pills, and cigarettes), and various forms of heart disease. In general, people who do a lot of cardio exercise will have lower resting heart rates. Most likely, you haven't exercised enough during your life. You really should try to do more cardio exercise to see if that lowers your resting heart rate. I've read several articles that suggest that people with low resting heart rates live longer. So even though you probably do not have an immediate cause for concern, in the long term you're probably going to be better off if you do more cardio exercise. Good luck!!
Heart rate helps determine a person's state of health. If you body is under stress, either psychological or physical, your heart rate will increase. Knowing what your normal heart rate is can help you determine your healthy resting heart rate and also a good "target heart rate" which is a range of beats per minute you need to reach in order to get an effective cardiovascular workout. Also, being able to compare past and present resting heart rates can help you keep track of your heart health. Heart disease or high blood pressure can also effect heart rate. Heart rate is so simple to take from a patient, and holds so much telling information.
He didn't marry anybody so he was depressed
She had no adult life. She died when she was 15!
i guess he had an excellent adult life
You should consult a cardiologist and arrhythmia specialist to determine what's causing such a high resting heart rate. Normal resting heart rates should be between 60 and 100 beats per minute. Your fast heart rate could be a sign of a heart condition that could be monitored or cured. I am no doctor, nor have I seen an ekg of your heart, but it is possible there is a remedy for your condition. At one point I too had a resting heart rate of 200 bpm. I was diagnosed with SVT (supra ventricular tachycardia). The condition is non-life threatening but quite a nuisance and can become a problem the older one gets. I was given the option of taking medication (at 25, I did not want to be on pills for the rest of my life), or having a procedure called cardiac ablation. I opted for the ablation and was cured of my condition. I have not had a rapid heart beat since my surgery 8 months ago. Previously, I had it nearly every day. I must reiterate, I am not a doctor and I suggest you consult a cardiologist to determine what's best for you. I ain't in expert in Heart rates but i do know that is very high and indicates a problem. I would really suggest you went to the docs and got your self checked out. I am 26 years old and my resting heart rate is about 60 bpm. When i am excersing (rowing and cycling) it goes up to about 156 0r 178 bpm depending on how long i continue to push my self. When you have read this email, make an appointment with your doctor.
All I know is that average girls aged 12 would have a resting heart rate (RHR) of 80, and one of 14 would have a RHR of 85.If it's higher then the average RHR (Per minute) then that would be bad. Lower would be good.Although I am 14, and mine is 70, yet I'm not that athletic, I'm a fast runner, but that at the most.
