I don't think anybody created HIV AIDS, I think that the body might have just formed it from some chemical mixture, and then died off, spreading to other people by........you know.
There would have had to be some thing to have happened through interference by some one or something to cause the mixture to take place in the first place if it has evolved in such a way.
