There really aren't any known symptoms for being 2 weeks but I do know with my 1st child I was young & the 1st thing I noticed was I had a lot of heartburn. You may have sore breast also. Well technically your second week of pregnancy you are not even pregnant. Weird, I know! Doctors count your first week of pregnancy as the week you are menstruating. So if you are among the average woman's body you are not pregnant until the third week! If you want to read more about this, Google a week-by-week pregnancy calendar!
