I can tell you from experience that as you get older you will be less inclined to be active. You are going to have to work at not being listless.

People talk about lessening testosterone levels and I believe they are correct.

At 52 I am not in the best shape of my life and it is difficult to turn that around.

Although, I diet and at times exercise, I do feel to a small degree a little weaker. I work in manufacturing and have had to deal with heat and long hours for many years. That I believe has helped me to overcome the usual ravages of time on a body. I was somewhat fit and pretty strong.

Of course if you are talking about the sexual aspect, you stay normal but you have to be active. What is the saying, "If you don't use it you lose it".

Overall, it is an effective means of Birth Control. It is permanent for a large majority if not for all.

Anytime you do something to your body you do effect it. The degree depends on your own physical nature and I'm sure many other factors.

In retrospect, I would not have done it if I knew what I know now but since it is done I will live with it and deal with it.
