Lower back pain and problems with left leg
There are various things that would cause a burning pain in left inner thigh and lower leg pains. The main cause of such a condition is believed to be the femoral nerve dysfunction.
I have not heard of poisoning as a cause of leg pain. So in my humble opinion, the answer is no.
Pain in one leg with left lower abd pain could mean a few things such as bowel obsruction and as far as the leg goes, sciatic nerve pain. Possibly. I'm a nurse not a doctor.

no
The sciatic nerve typically runs from the lower back down through the leg, so it wouldn't directly cause pain in the neck or arm. However, issues in the lower back where the sciatic nerve originates can sometimes radiate pain down the leg, but not usually to the neck or arm. Pain in the neck and arm may be due to separate issues such as a cervical spine problem or shoulder injury.
You can start with your primary care physician to find out the cause of your leg pain. Your PCP can do an array of test to try to determine what the underlying reason is for the pain.
You should go see a doctor, first. Many times orthotics can help leg and back pain, but the cause could lie elsewhere.
