Prunes, salad, corn, anything with alot of fiber.
I don't know who wrote this sentence above, but corn does not help you go to the bathroom. A matter of fact it produces ethanol in your body causing health problems including tooth decay. That's how archaeologists could tell if people ate corn; they looked at the condition of their teeth. All fiber doesn't work either. If you have a problem with constipation, it's coming from one of two things: too many prescriptions or candida overgrowth. You need to take the digestive enzyme cellulase. I highly recommend Candisol, but there are others. Also take a good probiotic. I recommend Pearls and they are sold at Walmart. Candisol is only on line. Also take a Magnesium supplement. Do all this in conjunction with either the candida diet or the Atkins diet. For immediate relief use Fleet's Aloe Vera Enema. Don't use anything that is not natural, because they can have horrible side effects and cause dependency. You're not alone I have the same problem. It takes time and commitment. PS. Don't forget to exercise when possible.
