1. How old is the person who has this "lump"?? Especially if it is an adult!! 2. Is it "Dime sized", or three fingers in width?? Those are two different measurements [unless the finger-width is of that of a child]. 3. Did it become visable following an ear infection, viral syndrome, of throat infection...?? 4. Are there any large lumps under the arms, in the groin, etc?? 5. If the person having this is a young adult, did they have a recent diagnosis of Infectious Mononecleosis (Epstein-Barr Virus) If there are "lumps" under the arms and in the groin, have a docor of PA/NP check him to make sure there isn't something a lot more serious going on...!!!!
