What causes spasms in the front right pelvic area?
Could be an ovarian cyst.
The signs and symptoms are nothing alike. A yeast infection typically causes skin irritation or itching in the genital area, but not pelvic pain or tenderness on exam. Pelvic inflammatory diseases causes pelvic pain, pain on palpation of the ovaries/tubes, and pain with cervical motion.
You may be pregnant. I would go to a dr

chlamydia is the only std i can think of that causes pelvic inflammatory, as over time the disease leaves it's tell tale mark by scarring your pelvic area. But std's aren't the only thing that can cause inflammatory, discomfort or potential diseases in the pelvic area, tampons have been known to do this too. although it's very rare.
Pelvic inflammatory disease is an infection or inflammation of the uterus, Fallopian tubes, and the area around the ovaries. It can be caused by gonorrhea, but there are other possible (and more common) causes.
Fluid flows from one area to another due to a difference in pressure between the areas. The fluid will move from the higher pressure area to the lower pressure area in order to equalize the pressure. This movement of fluid is known as fluid flow.

Its possible You could have a Pelvic infection.
Yes it could because the area affected by the infection is where there are many lymph nodes. And, the pressure on them from the excess fluid would interfere with the lymphatic flow that drains the foot, so it would swell, or can cause edema.
In Lymphoedema, the lymph channels become blocked, possibly due to a tumour, or because surgery, burns or radiotherapy has caused damage. This means the lymph fluid cannot pass along the lymph vessel. Excess tissue fluid builds up and is unable to drain away through the lymph vessels as it normally would. This causes fluid to leak out from your skin.
