It is from not moving your leg for a while. You could be sitting on it and not giving it oxygen through the blood flow, so your leg gets a tingly feeling because it is not receiving enough oxygen.

It may have been twisted or stuck under your other leg. this may have triggered shortage of blood to those areas wich causes those symptoms.
