If you got the seagull away from the bell, and if you have the stink bomb, the Chewing Gum, (give the comic peacie to the man in crazy comic and he will give you the gum)the map of the basement of the school, the peanut butter crackers, your all set. First you need to chew the gum in the school, and you will go to detention. once you are in the detention room, use the stink bomb to get the teacher out of the room. Go over to where she was standing. There should be a file cabinet click on it and go down the ladder that appears. (you will need the map to get down. If you don't have it the cabinet will not open) You will drop down in a dark room. You will see a very faint switch in the background. click on it and the lights will turn on. The guy in the corner isn't important so don't click on him. jump up on the pipes, and you should be able to jump up, and grab a swinging bell clanger. Go back up, (you don't need to turn off the lights.) and go out of the school. Jump up to where the bell is, and use the bell clanger. The girls on the playground will come in from recess. Go to where they where standing, and use the crackers. sparky the dog should come over, and grab the cracker out of your hands. then he should dig a hole to put the cracker in. He should also dig up the time capsule. If he doesn't, then try another spot. Once he digs it up, click on it.
