If they lie a lot, they probably won't feel anything since they are used to it, but if you aren't an avid liar, then you will probably feel bad about it and wonder why you said those things.
its better to tell the truth. even though you will feel guilt in you. at least you got it over and if you lie then you will feel miserable for the rest of your life. I'm 13 i lied to my mom. heard a frog saying " liar... liar... why did u lie... liar". i felt bad for myself. so the next day i told my mom the truth. she was happy i told her. so i never lied again.
