A.D.D. is not always "hyper" activity too. ADDHD includes the hyper activity level. A.D.D is simply the inability to concentrate on something for a long period of time, easily distracted. A person could be working on something and suddenly they're off on another issue or problem or job and walk away from the first one. That is the most common effect of A.D.D. Some who have HD with the ADD can also have sleep disorders and can sometimes be underweight as they are constantly on the go.
