Repairing a cracked kneecap usually involves non-surgical methods like immobilization with a brace or cast to allow healing. In some cases, surgery may be necessary to realign the pieces of the kneecap and fix them in place with screws or wires. Physical therapy may also be recommended to help regain strength and flexibility in the knee.
