∙ 14y agoIts nothing serious if you miss a month of periods. It happens to almost everyone, mostly in the begenning years because the system is not properly set up. A few people have continuous periods for 3-4 weeks or even more. All you have to care about is what you are consuming in these days. Eat light and avoid oily and spicy foods.
