pies, pastries, sweets, sugar, lard, saturated fats, high salt snacks like peanuts,high in fat too,cream, biscuits,,crisps,,chips,,fried foods,use oil spray,the odd biscuit or snack, cake etc in very limited moderation is ok as long as you dont overdo it,,and have balanced diet,,fruit veg grains water etc and reduce cut out salt and sugars saturated fats,,fats in oily fish like salmon mackerel etc are healthy fats but reduce,limit all fats to lose weight,,,like life get the balance right,,equal equilibrium in all things,,exercise, relax, destress etc.
