Well that depends. When dealing with any kind of opiate type drug, effects are based mostly on ones tolerance. In order to answer you question more accurately a few details should be given. i.e. Have you taken tramadol before? If not, I wouldn't recommend it. If you've never taken tramadol but you have taken other opiates, then you may have a tolerance, and taking 9 of them would not be as risky. Regardless, 9, even with some tolerance is not the safest way to go. The maximum daily dose of this particular medication is 400mgs per day. 9 would be 50mgs more than that. I have personally taken more than 9 at a time. My tolerance is quite high though. Just so you know, some tramadol is marketed and distributed with Tylenol in it. The FDA just included Tylenol as one of its most dangerous medications due to the damage that it can cause to the liver. Be VERY care full that if you do take more than the recommended dosage, that your specific medication does not include this potentially fatal ingredient (in high doses). With that said, if you just want to get high smoke a joint. Much more safe for you and the potential to acquire a long term, life crushing physical dependency is not there with pot.
can you take skelaxin at the same time you are taking tramadol
Tramadol is a synthetic opiate painkiller so should not be taken at the same time as Buprenorphine as this is an opiate blocker. The Tramadol would not work properly and the Buprenorphine may even cause a physical withdrawal from the Tramadol.
its ok but only low dose
Aleve (naproxen sodium) is an NSAID. Tramadol (tramadol hydrochloride) is an opiod receptor, serotonin releaser, and norepinephrin reuptake inhibitor. There is no contraindication listed that would prohibit taking one of each if prescribed by your doctor.
You should not take two pain medications at the same time. Take the Mobiglan first - it is the stronger medication. Take some food with it, as it can be harsh on the stomach. If you do not feel significantly better in a couple of hours, you can take tramadol then.
Yes. Not recommended. Expect extreme drowsiness. If you must, do not take too much. Over dose is achieved easier and can be fatal. Start with very low doses. This combo can make you black out and take more of the medications with out being aware of it. Be espically careful with all opiates i.e. Percocet.
Yes absolutely. That is how my doctor prescribed it and it how i have taken it. I was told to wait 4-6 hours before more mixing. Do not take them at the same time.
There is no true major interaction between these two drugs. There is an increased risk of respiratory depression, difficulty breathing, if one where to take more then recomend medicine of both at the same time. It may be ok to take both at the same time or to alternate between the two. Both medicines are safe to take every 4-6 hours as needed. Therfore if the goal is to move from one pain killer to the other then take a regular scheduled oxycodone then 4-6 hours later take the tramadol.
Yes those are OK together. Remember that tramadol is going to make you a little lightheaded and sleepy. Don't drive until you see how much it's going to affect you. It does not affect your heart or blood pressure, so the Norvasc is fine.
Paracetamol and Tramadol are commonly administered together in hospitals in the UK to treat moderate to severe pain. Typical doses are 1000mg of paracetamol 4 times a day and 50-100mg of Tramadol 4 times a day.
