In any heat stroke the body should be cooled immediately. The person should be moved inside, or at least into the shade. Clothing should be removed and cold water, cold cloths or even a cool bath should be used to cool down the patient. If the person appears confused, dizzy or appears to be drunk an ambulance should be called immediately. If the person is able to drink they should drink water. Sports drinks are OK but water is better.
The elderly get disorientation when dehydrated because the human body needs water to be able to function. What happens in the body is that motor skills and brain retention begin to slip.

Then go and find a doctor for consultation.
you can have a stroke because not enough blood is running through your body, yet alone to your brain.
During a heat stroke, the body becomes overwhelmed by excessive heat, leading to a failure in thermoregulation. This can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalances, which disrupt normal brain function. As the body's core temperature rises, it can impair cognitive processes and cause confusion, disorientation, or even loss of consciousness as the brain struggles to cope with the extreme conditions. Additionally, the stress on the body's systems can further exacerbate these symptoms.
I don't know how much of the body's oxygen the brain needs, but when the brain does not receive enough, a stroke occurs.
there's a problem ,or there's a pathway that have a problem in your brain .So the circulation of blood stops, and when the other part of the body ,could that receive the blood, theres a possibility that you are going to ba stroke.
A stroke affects different parts of the brain - it varies from person to person. Some sufferers have their memory affected, some have speech problems and some have restricted movement. Some even suffer more than one 'problem'.

My grandpa had a stroke and he almost lost his ability to talk and half his body was paralyzed. My idea is that when a stroke happens it clogs a main artery to the brain thus causing your body to cease up. After the stroke you get some major damage to your body and it affects the side of the brain that is with your motar skills and such and it makes it hard to speak. It's something to do with the brain but if someone has a better answer then they could post here.
This type of chemical weapon paralyse the body. It's poisoning the mind and body. Coma, disorientation and death can occur.
