The nervous system receives information and by the sensory nerves it transports to the brain what you learnt.
when you stress your body ( Exercise), first parasympathetic nervous system get stimulated then sympathetic nervous system. Parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for body secretions ( watery nose, tears, stomach, mucus, saliva, etc). This is why first response of your exercise will be watery eyes and nose. After some time sympathetic nervous system kicks in and you become dry.
exercise your nervous system on a daily basis
exercise your nervous system on a daily basis
the nervous system reacts
parasympathetic
It grinds away until you fall down.
The frequency of the heartbeat is modified by the autonomic nervous system in response to the body's needs. For example, during exercise, the sympathetic nervous system increases heart rate to deliver more oxygen and nutrients to muscles. Conversely, during rest, the parasympathetic nervous system slows down the heart rate to conserve energy.
your nervous system tells your brain that it hurts and you fell pain.
When you are sleeping, the sympathetic nervous system is suppressed during sleep, allowing the parasympathetic nervous system to be the primary input, leading to a lower heart rate.
the heart increases in rythm and pumps more blood to the muscles
The nervous system causes the heart to beat faster when you exercise. It itself is not an organ but a system.
