The same rights as any other mother?
Could you be a bit more specific and I will try to help more :)
ALL rights. You're still a child.
yes it is legal ... unless the person the 14-16 year olds are having it with someone over 18
They can't drink alcohol, and can't get into over 21 clubs.
The age of majority in the state of Texas is 18. Unless declared an emancipated minor, anyone under 18 has no legal rights to property or anything else.
In New York, once children reach the age of 18, they are considered legal adults and parents no longer have the same custodial rights or obligations regarding them. However, if a child is still in high school, a custodial parent may still be required to provide support until they graduate or turn 21. For a 20-year-old, parents generally have no legal responsibilities or rights concerning custody or support unless specific arrangements were made prior to the child reaching adulthood. It's advisable for custodial parents to consult legal professionals for tailored advice and to understand any ongoing obligations.
I think it should be at least 18+, they have to be responsible but i've seen about 16 year olds do it too.
you legally have no responsibility for anything once ur child hits 18 years of age they are a legal adult and must deal with their own responsibilities.
At 15 years old, individuals have limited legal rights and responsibilities. They may have the right to consent to certain medical treatments, work with restrictions, and make decisions about their education. However, they are not considered legal adults and may not have full autonomy in decision-making.
probabbly not 12 yr olds dont have legal rights to work.
You are going to need legal representation to solve this. Perhaps if the child is disabled, there may be more for you to contribute. Same if the child is living at home and going to school--many 18 years olds are still in high school.
I'm not 100 % positive about this but I'm pretty sure, 95% sure there is no "legal age" to be a babysitter. One thing to keep in mind though is if you leave your child somewhere and something happens you can be charged with child endangerment. One reason there's no age to which a child can be left alone, except for the obvious is because some 12 year olds will be more mature than some 15 year olds, and vice versa.
In Australia, 16-year-olds have some legal rights but are still considered minors. They can consent to medical treatment without parental permission, work part-time, and make decisions about their education. However, they can't vote, sign certain contracts, or be tried as adults in criminal cases.
