You are limited on food when you have stomach ulcers, anything that has caffeine is a no no (coffee, soda, tea,etc). Any acidic fruit is a no no (Oranges, grapefruit, lemons, limes, etc). Veggies like corn, tomatoes are a no no as well. Fresh vegetables are great even raw, and plenty of meat (beef, pork, chicken, fish) is good if it is low in fat and not fried (I recommend grilled meat and veggies). Eat three meals a day good portions, don't over do it. Snack in between meals, this will neutralize the acid level. Drink low fat or fat free milk and eat mild cheeses, low fat yogurt is good too. Do not lay down directly after you eat, wait at least an hour.
