A lental is a type of lens typically used in optical devices to focus or disperse light. In Photography and other imaging technologies, lental refers to the curved glass or plastic components that help capture clear images by manipulating light rays. The term may also be used in specific scientific contexts, but it is not as widely recognized outside of optical discussions.

1 gram looks almost just like a sugar cube. but people don't know how big sugar cubes are anymore because they are not common. compared to a pea or lentil, 1 gram is larger. I would say that 1 gram = 2-3 peas or 4-6 lentils. one teaspoon (a measure of volume) is 5 ml. 1 ml of water = 1 gram. so a 1/4 tsp = 1.25 ml volume, if filled with water, will be 1.25 g. so if you fill the 1/4 tsp with peas or lentils and imagine about 1/5 less or more, that would be about a gram worth of them.
