There is no right or wronganswer for this. It all depends on how healthy you are, if you are well hydrated, and a number of other factors. The "ideal" blood pressure for all ages has been consistently 120/80. However if you are in good shape, young and female it is not uncommon to see a blood pressure of even 90/60. The most important thing you could do if you think your blood pressure is low is to track it over a period of time. If you constantly run low then that could be considered your baseline. It is important to watch for the symptoms of really low blood pressure such as fainting, lightheaded, or dizziness. If those occur you should contact a medical provider asap.

It depends on her general health, activity level and any medications she might be on. In general, anything under 100/60 is considered low.
