Well this is a very broad questions, first of all I will say that an over abundance in ANYTHING is unhealthy. Sweets are fine in MODERATION.

* alcohol * fried foods * things with high fructose corn syrup * foods with a lot of saturated fats * excessive amounts of carbs (chips, potatoes, bread, pasta etc.) * Hot Dogs
Foods that are good to eat are things such as:
* eggs (boiled) * any kind of fish * oatmeal * whole grains
* fruits veggies * baked foods * Buffalo or turkey burgers instead of meat * turkey bacon as opposed to pork bacon
There are no healthy advantages of an unhealthy diet. An unhealthy diet is an unhealthy diet.
If a teen is in an unhealthy relationship, they need to get out as soon as possible.
