Well this is a very broad questions, first of all I will say that an over abundance in ANYTHING is unhealthy. Sweets are fine in MODERATION.

* Fast food

* alcohol * fried foods * things with high fructose corn syrup * foods with a lot of saturated fats * excessive amounts of carbs (chips, potatoes, bread, pasta etc.) * Hot Dogs

Foods that are good to eat are things such as:

* eggs (boiled) * any kind of fish * oatmeal * whole grains

* fruits veggies * baked foods * Buffalo or turkey burgers instead of meat * turkey bacon as opposed to pork bacon
