plasma is a straw-colored liquid made mostly of water!

the function is it carries waste products to kidneys!

Ans2. Plasma makes up about 55% of the volume of the blood and mainly acts as a carrier of many biochemicals, including the bloodcells themselves.

These entrained materials include hormones, glucose, salts, clotting compounds and so on. And of course the infection-fighting white cells.

Additionally, the blood carries away waste products of metabolism, notably CO2 and Urea. The urea is toxic to humans and results from the metabolizing of proteins. This is then filtered from the blood by the kidneys and excreted.

If the plasma becomes too thick due to dehydration (for example), the heart has to work harder, and the possibility of blood clots is increased.
