its related to beinged eating. when people see girls eating ice cream their first thought is that they are sad. we relate certain food with certain emotions. like if you ace a test as a kid you get Pizza so when you get older when ever somethigs good happens your going to want pizza.

For example, if your in a desert and you don't have food your mind can play tricks on you. And I think chocolate has an effect on girls when there sad it can make them sadder or happier. And If you eat too much food you can get lazy and have less enthusiasm to do things and just want to eat more due to all the sugar the food has. Eating less can make you think you are losing pounds, that you like your getting slimer but you really arn't?

I think diet has the bigger effect on mental and physical health. In my case, when my dietary intake fortified with vitamins, and supplements reduced my appetite.
