I'm doubtful that there's an actual official term for the fear of them or not (a lot of the "lists" you see are, putting it politely, rather fanciful). A Google search for "trichobezoarophobia" didn't turn up any results, nor did any of the obvious modifications of that. "Trichophobia" turned up quite a few results, but is a fear of hair in general, not specificially in ball form.
