Not that I know of. Obsessive complusive disorder is learned, or a coping mechanism in response to a trauma. Either way...it is a reaction to feeling you have no control. So you try to create control in your world/space. Therapy really does work...with the right therapist and a willingness to be open about what is really going on with you. There really is life after a diagnosis...be well
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a behaviour.
