I have this exact same problem- I have a lump on my head behind my right ear and I recently noticed another lump on my actual head also on the right side. If we have the same problem, and from searching on the internet, lots of other people seem to have it too, then I doubt it is serious. When my doctor examined the one behind my ear he told me it was only a swollen lymph node. I might go back soon though, as I have had it for a long time now (6 months to a year possibly). Good luck! I'm sure it will be ok.
