Since the narcissist has built his existence on a completely false view of himself he feels extreme satisfaction with his performance and basks in the adoration of others who may be fooled by his behavior. On a good day the narcissist is on top of the world, continuously buoyed up by his feeling of superiority. On a bad day, reality may break through and he is bothered by his feelings of inadequacy.

You can't. If a person is a true narcissist, you can't 'make' them behave otherwise. Narcissism can only be modified by a professional and then only if the narcissist is motivated to try.
An egotist or a narcissist. As far as I know as egotist line of thinking revolves around himself, he it always boils down to himself and his importance whereas a Narcissist is a person who values and loves himself too much. For him, the center of the universe revolves around him and this kind of behavior usually makes him a very unlikely character to be with.

Psychiatric therapy, but unfortunately narcissists are so into themselves (selfish, egomaniacal to the point of verbal abuse and sometimes physical abuse) that they feel they don't need help and most seldom will go for treatment.

No, no narcissist pig, just a plain dumb insensitive one.
Depending on what kind of pleasure, are u asking about sexual pleasure?
It depends on what kind of pleasure your talking about. Your question needs to be more specific.
Narcissists continually test their companions/mates/spouses - "If she knows my true character will she abandon me"? It would be a mistake to attribute this kind of behavior to altruistic motives. From my experience with an N, they would never say that anyone is better than them. It is probably just a trick to get supply out of you, make you feel sorry for him, because believe me, they don't think anyone is better than them. Yes, to manipulate you.
its kind of a knee jerk reaction when we are in pleasure it happens without thinking
A relationship where he rules supreme and the other half feels depressed, devalued, and confused.
