Mouth, nasopharynx and Larynx
moves food from pharynx to crop
which process moves food through the esophagus
It goes through the pharynx (throat), esophagus, stomach, small intestine and large intestine. After food passes through the throat, it moves into the esophagus. The esophagus is a muscular tube that brings food to the stomach.
Swallowing, or deglutition, primarily occurs in the throat (pharynx) and esophagus. The process begins in the mouth, where food is chewed and mixed with saliva, forming a bolus. The bolus then travels down the pharynx, where muscles contract to push it into the esophagus, and from there, it moves down to the stomach through coordinated muscle contractions known as peristalsis.
which process moves food through pharynx
The passage through which food moves into the body is the digestive tract, starting with the mouth where ingestion occurs, followed by the pharynx, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and large intestine. Once in the digestive tract, food is broken down and absorbed by the body for nourishment.
Air moves through the pharynx, which is part of both the respiratory and digestive systems. In the digestive system, the pharynx plays a role in swallowing as it helps direct food and liquid into the esophagus.
A pharynx in a worm is basically an organ that a worm uses to eat. It is thread-like I believe, and a worm pushes it out of their mouth, gets the food, and eats it. So I guess, it could be comparable to a tongue in a human.
The function of the pharynx is to transfer food to the mouth to the esphagus and warm, and moiston and filter air before it moves into the trachea.

Deglutition, or swallowing, consists of three stages: oral, pharyngeal, and esophageal. During the oral stage, the food is chewed and formed into a bolus before being voluntarily pushed to the back of the mouth. In the pharyngeal stage, the swallow reflex is triggered to move the bolus through the pharynx and into the esophagus. Finally, in the esophageal stage, peristalsis helps transport the food down the esophagus and into the stomach.
