It is safe to take Tylenol (acetaminophen) and one NSAID at the same time. But if you suffer from severe tooth pain, it is best to consult a dentist. Often medications like Toradol (Ketorolac), a very powerful NSAID, and/or narcotics are prescribed for acute severe pain.
