Surprisingly, many gluten free pastas are coming onto the market. They have some at Jewel Os-co, Trader Joe's and a store called New Vitality. My favorite type of pasta is tinkyada from Jewel Os-co. It is wheat free, gluten free, cholesterol free, low fat and low sodium, has a good consistent texture, not mushy, and Al Dente. They are the spiral types.
