The male urethral sphincter is a striated muscle that is located at the base of the bladder. It runs from the base of the bladder to the perineal membrane.
The smooth muscle sphincter at the base of the urinary bladder closes.
A pap smear cannot damage the bladder or its sphincter. The speculum may put some temporary pressure against the bladder. The sphincter is not affected at all.
The internal urethral sphincter is a smooth muscle located at the neck of the urinary bladder and surrounds the opening of the urethra. It helps in controlling the flow of urine from the bladder to the urethra.
bladder sphincter
The external urethral sphincter in the human male is located at the base of the pelvis, surrounding the urethra as it passes through the urogenital diaphragm. It lies just below the bladder and above the perineum, playing a crucial role in controlling the release of urine from the bladder. This sphincter is composed of skeletal muscle, allowing voluntary control over urination.

sphincter
Bladder sphincter belongs to smooth muslce, smooth muscle is an involuntary tissue which mean. we cannot control it. we cannot control our gallbladder it moves automatically.
The sphincter muscle closes like a rubber band around the opening of the bladder to prevent urine from leaking out. This muscle is controlled by nerves and can be consciously relaxed or contracted to release or hold urine in the bladder.
sphincter muscles
A sphincter is basically a ring shape of muscle usually at the end of a hollow organ in the body such as the bladder or encircling an opening from the body such as the anus. In its contracted state it will hold back the contents and when voluntarily relaxed itr will release them. The bladder (part of the urinary system) is controlled by a sphincter.
Bile is produced in the liver and stored in the gall bladder. The presence of lipids in the duodenum causes the release of bile. Ultimately the liver and gall bladder control the release of bile.
