If you are eating a small meal six times a day, you should eat every 2 to 3 hours or so beginning when you get up. For example....

Wake up: 6 am

Meal #1 - 6:30 am

Meal #2 - 9:30 am

Meal #3 - 11:30 am

Meal #4 - 2 pm

Meal #5 - 4 pm

Meal #6 - 7 pm

Go to bed: 9 to 10 pm.
