Death is: The ceasing of all functions of life. After breathing, heartbeat, and brain activity stop, the life-force gradually ceases to function in body cells. Death is the opposite of life The question is: Was man created by God to die? According to The Bible which is a letter from God for our teaching and setting things straight, I will help you to understand the origin of death. Death is our disconnection with the One who has made life possible. The first Book of the Bible Genesis 2: 17 shows that God warned Adam against disobedience, which would lead to death. Adam knew that if he did not disobey he would not die. That command would have made no sense if he was meant to grow old and die anyway. Romans 5:12 shows that death was spread like a disease. It reads: " That is why, just as through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, so death spread to all men because they had all sinned. The meaning of the word "SIN" means miss the goal in the sense of not reaching a goal. Mankind has missed the goal of everlasting life on earth, which was God's purpose. Psalm 90: 10 says that a usual human life span is 70 or 80 years which is the reality of most of us. 1Corinthians 15: 22 reads: " For just as in Adam all are dying, so also in Christ all will be made alive. Which means that mankind can be able to meet God's goal which is everlasting life on earth, described in Psalms 37: 29 in these words. " The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it. " 1 John 5: 20 reads. The Son of God has come, and he has given us insight so that we may gain knowledge of the one who is true. And we are in union with the one who is true, by means of his Son Jesus Christ". John 14: 6 reminds us that Jesus is the way that will help us to reconcile with the One who can make it possible for all those who live in harmony with God's standards will have the privilege to live and never die. Read Revelation 21 3,4. However 1 John 5: 19 reads: " The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one. Revelation 12: 9 tells us who is the wicked power that has the whole world under its power, "The original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth.". The original serpent is found in the first Book of the Bible in Genesis 3: 1-5 where he started his career and has thrown the whole world in such a chaos that brought death to mankind. Today, our struggle is to be no longer under the wicked influence, that is why becoming familiar with Jesus' teaching is life saving. John 17:3 reads. " This means everlasting life, knowledge of, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ. So just as Adam and Eve had the choice between life and death. God has made it possible for us to choose life or death.
There were 35 plagues recorded in the UK between 1348 and 1665. The Black Death reached the UK in the summer of 1348, on the South Coast in August or thereabouts. Over the next two years, deaths may have reached 2 million. In 1665 the Bubonic Plague, also known as the Black Death came from the East, possily China, once again thousands died.
