Seriously though, when it comes to your health, don't ever rely on self-diagnosis (not even if you're a doctor yourself, as symptoms can themselves cause impaired judgement and misdiagnosis), and especially don't rely on anonymous answers from the internet, if you actually have belly pain, then go and see your doctor!

I would say no. A hernia is inside your stomach and you have a lump around your belly button. So my guess would be if you have a hernia, you can't get your belly button pierced.
I have a really painful lump on my iliac crest on the posterior side which is the sacroiliac crest area. Can you tell me what it is?
Potential causes of a lump on a dog's belly can include infections, cysts, tumors, or abscesses. Treatment options may include surgical removal, antibiotics, or other medications depending on the underlying cause diagnosed by a veterinarian.
The painful lump is brought to you courtesy of the aftercare product you are using. Stop using whatever it is you are using and flush the piercing with lots of running water, daily for the next week (this is a 7 day week) the lump should start to settle down in about that time period. Don't use any thing else on the piercing, no polysporin or neosporin or any other preparation just water. The lump will go down. Check the Related Links for more information.
If it is not kept clean, it will become infected.
The most common cause is a deep bruise or "charley horse" (what doctors call an ecchymosis). It usually heals within a week or two, often feeling a little better each day. If it is a smaller lump, it is very possible that this could be an infected cyst or abscess, just below the skin. If this is not the case, and the lump persists, unchanged, for days and/or weeks, then it would be important to have this situation evaluated by a physician.
I have a lump too in the same place but its not oozing anything and the lump is inside the skin. maybe yours is just a pimple or infection cause it oozes. mine is maybe a vein that burst cause it gets bigger when I touch it
A soft, non-painful lump in a dog's neck could be a lipoma, or fatty tumor. It can also be a cyst that a veterinarian can drain.
The best way to get medical advise is to see a doctor. There is no way to tell what a soft, painful lump on the heel of your foot without an examination.
