Permanent first bicuspids (premolars) typically develop between the ages of 10 and 12 years. They generally erupt into the mouth around ages 10 to 11 for the maxillary first bicuspids and around ages 11 to 12 for the mandibular first bicuspids. This process follows the shedding of the primary molars, which they replace.

A 4-year-old child typically has 8 bicuspids, also known as premolars, which usually start to emerge around the ages of 10 to 12. However, at age 4, children generally have not yet developed any permanent bicuspids, as their primary teeth are still present. Instead, they have primary molars that serve a similar function until the permanent teeth come in.
bicuspids : premolar teeth. I believe everyone has premolar teeth, there are 8 bicuspids in total anyway. But if you had bicuspids problem, maybe pain, under/overbites, crooked teeth and occlusion, you should go to the dentist.
Deciduous teeth consist of 20 teeth, : central incisor, lateral incisor and canine (A,B,C) and 1st and 2nd molar (D,E). But there are no premolars (formerly known as bicuspids) or 3rd molars (the late teeth commonly known as wisdom teeth).
Of bicuspids, incisors, canine and molars, humans have more molars. Excluding the wisdom teeth (tertiary molars), the number of incisors, bicuspids, and molars is the same (8 out of an adult total of 28 teeth). Of the 32 permanent teeth, there are: 8 incisors 4 canine 8 bicuspid (premolars) 12 molars

Bicuspids are also known as premolars. They are the teeth located between the molars and canines in the human mouth and are used for grinding and chewing food.
