Thoracic and Right Lymphatic
Lymph vessels carry the lymph fluid back to the circulaiton via the lymph nodes. The short parts of the vessels that connect hte lymph vessels to the ciculaiton are the lymphatic ducts (right lymphatic duct and thoracic duct)
There are two main lymphatic ducts in the human body: the thoracic duct and the right lymphatic duct. The thoracic duct drains lymph from the majority of the body, while the right lymphatic duct drains lymph from the upper right side of the body.
The larger and longer of the two lymphatic collecting ducts is the Thoracic Duct. The other collecting duct is the Right Lymphatic Duct. There are many lymphatic vessels in the body, all of which, like the blood vessels, start as tiny capillaries and gradually get larger as they get nearer to the heart, until they eventually merge into one of the two collecting ducts.
Lymphatic vessels drain into the right lymphatic duct. It also drains into the thoracic duct. Lymph moves in response to skeletal muscle contractions.

The main function of the thoracic duct is to allow lymph transport that is caused by breathing. It also prevents blood from flowing into the ducts.
The vessels through which lymph finally rejoins the general circulation are called lymphatic ducts or lymphatic vessels. These ducts empty lymph into the bloodstream near the neck.
