Where do your organs move when you're pregnant?

Well, it all depends what organ it is. Your kidneys would move towards the back. Your intestines will perhaps move back a little. Your bladder might move a little to the front. Your liver, spleen, pancreas and your other upper digestive organs might move up a bit. All your other organs might move where ever they can find a spot.

Your organs are pushed and moved over. As a baby grows the womb stretches and things such as your bladder, bowels (intestines or colon), liver and kidneys gets moved away from the growing fetus (embryo) or sometimes even crushed because the baby continues to grow and grow. This is why sometimes during pregnancy you have to urinate constantly and also get constipated because your growing baby squishes your organs because there's not enough room in your body. And since inside the body is a small space, and when a woman is pregnant with a huge baby inside her, the organs cannot move far away enough because there's barely any room.
