Adolescence comes with many psychosocial changes. Once adolescence is reached, the child begins wanting independence from their parents, friends begin to mean more, and an interest in romantic relationships begins to bloom.

You will begin to think more and more about sex and other girls/boys (possibly in sexual ways). Along with this, you may also become stressed or anxious more easily than when you were pre-pubescent, as hormones take a hold of your body, and affect the way your brain works.

Apart from this, the only other real mental changes, are the normal stresses and worries of growing up, such as worrying about body image, whether someone loves you, etc.
