Obesity, especially in children, is a sad epidemic, especially in America. Children do inherit their obesity issues from their parents, and grandparents. It is definitely a genetics factor, yet their eating habits should be taken into consideration.
calories and sugar. if you don't exercise enough, you could risk obesity if the foods you eat are full of calories and sugar. i would recommend not going to fast food restaurants daily and start cutting back little by little if you are risking obesity.
