The arm with more veins is usually the dominant arm, which is used more frequently for activities like writing, lifting, and other tasks. The increased use of the dominant arm leads to more blood flow and therefore more visible veins.
Veins appear under the surface of the skin. They're the blue one. To make them more visible you can restrict the blood flow by squeezing your arm or around the vein you want to see.
Arteries, veins, & capillaries are the three main veins while drawing blood in arm
The three main veins in the arm are:brachial veincephalic veinbasilic vein
The radial and brachial. The basilic vein and the cephalic vein are the most important superficial veins of the arm.
You definitely could have painful swollen veins in your arm after having your blood drawn many times. This happens frequently.
An elastic band around the arm constricts blood flow in the veins, causing them to engorge with blood and become more prominent. This temporary increase in pressure pushes more blood into the veins, making them appear larger and more visible. The band also reduces the return of blood to the heart, enhancing the visibility of superficial veins. This technique is often used in medical settings to facilitate venipuncture.

On some areas of your body you can see your veins. It could be because you are hot, veins rise to the surface of your skin to cool you off. The same reason elephants flap their ears, it puts cool air on the blood and helps cool them off.
