The heart muscle cannot deliberately slow itself down to a standstill stop. The heart is responsible for pumping oxygenised blood to all parts of the body, including the brain. The brain is where all processes are controlled. If its not working, you die! :-(
However, if by rest you mean reducing the beats per minute it pumps then that is possible. It is possible for anyone to slow down their heart rate by sitting down, and relaxing. Those who participate in more physical activity have a lower heart rate, as they have expanded their heart, meaning it doesn't work as hard to perform normal bodily functions.
See the related links section for some very useful information.
The heart muscle cannot take a little rest.they cant take a rest even in a few minutes because if they will rest we will die.
Rest? Our hearts never rest.
because then you will die
The electrical impulse reaches all the muscle tissue in the ventricles, and the ventricles contract. This electrical conduction pattern occurs approx. every 0.8 seconds.
Arteries and veins. They are Tubes which take blood to and from the rest of the body.
eat healthy it puts very little strain on your heart.
Call 911, rest and take nitro or aspirin.
that you can die and have a heart attack! to much work cant take it...
ARTERIES ALWAYS take blood AWAY from the heart.
you cant "take them out" but you can take vitamins E and ,get alot of rest ,start eating healthy and it can reduce them. then theres always sergery! which looks very painfull!
you cant hatch a bad egg
because the heart cant pump enough oxygen and blood to keep up with alot of sports.
