Very well, and through their ears...
They have ears :]
There are many reasons. It can be exposure to loud noises throughout long peroids of the day, but most likey it is wax buildup. IThis is the most lieky cause. You can but a home flushing kit or go to the doctor for a thorough cleaning. Normally, this wax it very deep in the ear. Do not try to get out with a Q-tip. You could accidently pierce your eardrum.
True
True seals have ears, just not external ears. Their ears are simple holes on the sides of their heads, but they have the same general internal ear structures as any other mammal. Sound carries very well in water, so true seals can hear perfectly well when submerged. Note that other marine mammals - whales, dolphins, manatees and such - also lack external ears. In air, they can still hear, but perhaps not as well as some other mammals.
No, cats hear very well with their ears. They do not hear with their feet. They may also react to anything that causes the ground to rumble, and may feel that with their feet, but that is not the same as hearing with their feet.
because they hear really well
Kangaroos have the ability to hear very well: they can twitch their ears independently around to determine the direction of specific sounds, much as a cat does. This gives them plenty of forewarning of danger.
The shape of an animal's ears can help determine how well it can hear. Large ears tend to collect and funnel more sound waves to the ear canal, improving hearing sensitivity. The distinctive shapes of some animals' ears can also help them detect the direction of a sound more accurately.
