well there are a couple reasons. 1 you might not be drinking enough water before u run or at all. 2 you might not b getting a high enough callorie diet and u run and lose callories and your brain cannot function rite and u get a migrain. and 3 your body might not have the endurence yet to run long distances, work up to it.
