You did not mention how old your child is. If your child is below the age of 6 then here are a few tips:
Read your child a story (funny one) Put a night light in the bedroom Never have the child sleep with one or both parents, but until the child settles down it is advisable to sleep on the floor by the child's bed. Play a radio low with nice music.
If you child is 12 or older then try talking to them. Perhaps school is bothering them. If there is not peace in the family and parents are arguing or considering divorce (the biggest fear of children) this too must be discussed with that child.
If it's not waking them up I don't see why not.
The best thing to do if you suspect that you have sleep apnea is to talk to your doctor. You can also do some throat exercises to treat sleep apnea too.
Yes you can sleep talk in other voices.
Talk
"Fais dodo" is a French lullaby phrase that means "go to sleep" or "fall asleep." It is commonly used by parents or caregivers to soothe children and encourage them to sleep. The word "dodo" is a baby-talk term for sleep, derived from the French word "dormir," which means "to sleep."
I used to talk in my sleep. When I would, my children would ask me questions and I would answer them. Their questions had to pertain to whatever I was talking about or I would stop answering them and stop talking. But in the morning I would have no recollection that I had talked in my sleep or that I heard them. I didn't believe them so they recorded me when I did it.
No sleep talking is perfectly fine 30% of people sleep talk but very few know about it
you talk to it in your sleep
Parents often report that children talk better, hear better, are less irritable, sleep better, and behave better after myringotomy with the insertion of ear tubes.
parler dans votre sommeil is the translation. This is the translation of talk in your sleep.
