I can think of three causes.
1. Hypoglycemia - It's a deficiency of glucose in the bloodstream.
2. Diabetes - Most people know what diabetes is, basically the body's inability to breakdown sugars, so insulin needs to be taken. However, if you had diabetes, chances are you would already know about it.
3. Gastritis - This is caused by an inflammation in the digestive tract.
