everytime i take zinc supplement it gives me a massive headache... i though maybe i was taking it before meals so i switched to after meals with a full stomache. the headache was less severe but still there.
Can a tea result in inebriation? No tea sold legally in the US would do such a thing. While consuming a massive volume of tea (7-8+ cups) at once can cause an upset stomach, I know of no such tea that would actually result in impaired motor function.
